Bill Varney, CEO/Founder, Management Consulting

Bill's career spans over 25 years in strategy
development, process optimization, enterprise architecture and systems delivery
at Sprint, GTE, and PSINet Consulting Solutions. He is the Founder and CEO of
SIBRIDGE and is responsible for establishing the firm’s core values and business
strategy. Bill also serves as the firm’s Management Consulting practice
director, where he is a trusted advisor to senior executives, helping them
create strategies and institutionalize critical disciplines for their
organizations and corporations. He works side-by-side with stakeholders to
create effective and efficient team structures, processes and solutions. Bill’s
broad experience base, total commitment to success, and down-to-earth leadership
style are the talents that clients most often mention when describing his value.
He leverages multiple perspectives at engagements to establish a consistent
context and represent complex concepts, ensuring subsequent discussions are
targeted, direct and of high value. The end-result clarifies vital strategies,
disciplines and solutions in a manner that unifies, aligns and mobilizes
organizations. Bill earned an B.B.A. degree in Management from Marshall
University.
Jim Tully, Principal, Technology Adoption and Delivery
Practice

Jim oversees the operation and strategic direction
of the Technology Adoption and Delivery Practice. Jim also participates in our
key client relationships and business development activities, with a focus on
the division's transportation, energy, and telecommunications accounts.
Previously, Jim has held senior manager roles for large Professional Services
firms and their Energy, Transportation and Engineering, and Telecommunications
practices. Since 1994, Jim has followed closely the growth of Application
Integration and Middleware (AIM) technologies and their effect on corporate
strategy. Jim joins SIBRIDGE
as he completed building a Application Integration and Middleware Center of
Excellence (COE), leveraging the frameworks and management systems developed
through operating experiences where AIM has made tremendous impact. Jim studied
Information Systems at the University of Colorado at Colorado Springs and is
pursuing an advanced degree at Regis University.
Paul Park, Principal, Enterprise
Architecture Practice

Paul oversees the Enterprise Architecture practice
within SIBRIDGE. He has over 12 years experience in telecommunications with a
strong focus on Billing and Revenue Management. His career began at Verizon
(formerly GTE) where he co-created a unique billing system that supported the
Customer Care and Customer Billing operational groups for Wholesale and Large
Business customer segments. Subsequently, Paul joined Sprint and led the Merger
and Acquisition Management team for the Enterprise Architecture organization.
During his years at these two major telecommunication companies, he earned
numerous leadership awards as well as several patents for his works. Along with
those accomplishments, Paul has extensive experience in Program / Project
Management and Enterprise Architecture Establishment. Paul’s distinct leadership
style incorporates cost-efficient methods to attain maximum revenue and growth.
Paul earned a B.S. degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Texas,
Austin and a B.S. degree in Economics from the University of Texas, Arlington.
Van Dorsey, Principal Architect, Enterprise

Van has contributed to network management, network
design, data management, project management, and many other
telecommunications-centric initiatives in the telecommunications and consulting
industry, since 1983. In addition to developing a broad range of skills and
certifications in all major information technology practice areas, Van has
extensive leadership experience in developing next-generation network
infrastructure and support systems. His experience as a consultant brings a
broad variety of skills to bear, including management, marketing, customer
management, project management, and requirements development. Van has held
positions or assignments at Sprint, UNISYS, WilTel, Raceway Parks, and McleodUSA,
and has created and run several corporations. Van has a degree in Electronics
Technology from the National Institute Technology along with various Microsoft
certifications.
